Tim L. Hansen, Insurance Executive

Tim has 42 years of experience in the insurance and investment business.  He began his career as a Tax Sheltered Annuity and Deferred Compensation specialist working with various insurance and brokerage consulting companies with responsibilities for brokers in Utah and Idaho.  He qualified for his insurance and securities licenses in 1973.  In 1978, he helped form Income Builders, Inc., a national insurance marketing organization, which specialized in brokering life insurance and annuity products.  Mr. Hansen served as the President of Income Builders. Income Builders won numerous awards with the various insurance companies it represented, including winning the first prestigious Chairman's Trophy from LifeUSA (now Allianz).  Mr. Hansen served as Chairman of the Shareholder Advisory Board of LifeUSA. He helped design the first bonus annuity program to be offered nationally in the insurance industry.  This bonus annuity contributed greatly to the success of LifeUSA, which was subsequently purchased by Allianz SE, one of the world's largest insurance conglomerates.

Kenneth C. (Ken) Snyder 

Ken is an entrepreneurial leader of multiple successful start-up ventures, including Progressive Impressions International (PII) and Thin Film Technology. Ken currently is the Executive Dean and Chief Administrative Officer of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. Prior to joining Utah State, Ken served as President of Marketing Communication Inc. (MarCom), an operating division of Taylor Corporation. At both PII and with MarCom, Ken worked with key clients in the insurance industry including State Farm Insurance, American Family Insurance, Nationwide Insurance, Farmers Insurance, Northwestern Mutual Insurance, and Thrivent. Ken’s companies provided a variety of different marketing services for these insurance clients. Ken is a native of Salt Lake City, and received his bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in 1978 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1980.

Michael T. (Mike) Gundersen

Mike has spent 19 years in the insurance and investment business.  He has specialized in working with business owners and retirement plans. He started his career with two major carriers, New York Life and The Principal Financial Group.  Since the year 2000 he has spent extensive time working in the senior market involved with both reverse mortgages and life settlements.  He has provided extensive training to groups of agents in both the mortgage and life insurance industries. Mike’s knowledge of product and plan design provides an invaluable resource to our team.
